4D Planning advised the client that Prior Approval was the best way to obtain permission for conversion of the basement. The client contacted 4D Planning permission after being turned down for a similar planning application. We advised that Prior approval would work, and it did. We produced all the documents, floor plans and elevations. We liaised with Hackney Council and once approved we were instructed to produce the lease plans for the flats, in order to register these with the land registry. We also produced the building regulation drawings for Building Control.
