The council had already issued a warning before issuing an enforcement notice authorising the applicant to apply retrospectively or remove/destroy the outhouse. The outhouse was built with high quality eco-friendly materials and was designed to blend in with the garden to reduce its visual impact. 4D Planning produced the drawings, statement and liaised with the council until the application was granted planning permission.
