Erection of roof and first floor extension, and alterations to elevations at upper floors to provide additional bedroom in Hackney.
 

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission for a mansard roof extension and first floor rear extension to a mid-terraced property in a Conservation Area. We produced the architectural drawings (plans, sections and elevations) and the Design and Access Statement, Heritage Statement and Planning Statement. We submitted the planning application and liaised with the Council. Hackney Council granted planning permission.
