4D Planning was instructed to assist with obtaining the Council's approval for a large rear extension to the rear of No. 22 and No. 20 Leabourne Road in Hackney (Stamford Hill).

We designed the extension in partnership with the client while ensuring that the application would meet the planning guidance and planning considerations. We applied for both houses together knowing that as a joint application the chances of success were much higher, as the potential impact on neighbour's amenity would be reduced. We produced the architectural drawings and Building Regulations to satisfy the Planners and Building Control. The application was granted planning permission by Hackney Council and the client obtained Building Control approval for the works.
