4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining planning permission for alterations to the boundary of a block of flats. We produced the drawings showing a new boundary wall with a gate and cycle storage for the residents of the flats. We prepared the drawings, statement, forms, maps and submitted the application. Hackney Council granted us planning permission within 8 weeks.
