Prior notifications for change of use from class B1(a) (offices) to class C3 (dwelling houses) to provide 4 residential units at first floor level
4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility to obtain permission to convert the first floor of the building into residential units. We researched the site constraints against potential noise, flooding, contamination, impacts on parking and transport. We advised the client to apply for 4 units with the possibility to increase the number of units in the future. We produced the application for Prior Approval and relevant architectural drawings and maps. The application was granted permission by Hackney Council.
