Erection of garden / boundary fence with roller bars above (retrospective); further erection of roller bars above garden fence at rear and associated works.

4D Planning assisted the client to obtain retrospective planning permission for erection of a boundary garden fence with roller bars above. The roller bars were installed to stop foxes and unwanted animals fron entering the property. We produced the architectural drawings for the planning application and prepared a planning statement. We liaised with the Council to ensure that the application was dealt with properly and decided by the deadline. The application was approved and planning permission was Granted by Hackney Council.
