4D PLANNING were instructed to advise the client on the prospects of being granted permission for a tattoo parlour/ studio in an office building which is Grade II listed. 4D PLANNING have experience with other tattoo studios in the borough of Hackney. We conducted some research and concluded that there would be a good chance of success. We were then instructed to prepare the drawings and application documents. We argued that the property was suitable for the proposed usaged (Sui Generis) and the changes to the interior layouts would not impact negatively on the listed building. Planning permission and listed building consent were granted by the Council.
