4D Planning were instructed to obtain a lawful development certificate for the conversion of the property from a live-work (office) use to a residential dwelling (C3 use). We produced the architectural drawings, planning documents, and presented to the council evidence that the proposal would be lawful and there was established use as a single family dwelling for a period exceeding 4 years. We submitted the application and liaised with the council. Islington Council granted a lawful development certificate.
