4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining a lawful development certificate for a large extension to the house including a loft conversion with rear dormer and rooflights, alterations to the interior layouts and new bi-folding doors to the property. Barnet Council approved the application. 4D Planning also produced the buildint regulations for Building Control's approval.
