Appeal, Roof Terrace.
Successful appeal against against the decision of London Borough of Barnet for the retention of roof terrace with boundary enclosures and proposed addition of fixed planters.
4D PLANNING prepared the architect drawings, statement and applied for planning permission retrospectively for a roof terrace at the top floor flat in Barnet. Surprisingly, the application was rejected by the council, but we strongly believed the council made an error of judgement. We therefore appealed to the Planning Inspectorate. Following several weeks, the appeal was allowed and planning permission was granted.
