We were instructed to advise the client on the feasibility and assist with preparing a planning application and all relevant architectural drawings for a proposed double storey side extension, extension to the existing garage and create additional habitable space on the ground and first floors with dormer windows. We produced a 3D model and CGI's for this project which were presented to the Council. Barnet Council granted planning permission.
