4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of maximising the potential of the property. 4D Planning prepared multiple planning applications, all associated architectural drawings and liaised with the council throughout the process until the applications were subsequently approved.

4D Planning were instructed to assist the owner of the semi detached house to extend the property to the maximum and convert the property into flats. 4D Planning prepared all the architectural drawings and submitted multiple applications. An application for a single storey side extension was approved. Following that was an application for a double storey side extension, roof extension with rear dormer and juliet balconies, rooflights, a front porch and a single storey extension at the rear and alterations to the front boundary. 4D Planning negotiated with the council regarding the option to convert the property into three flats but the council would not accept more than two flats. 4D Planning prepared an application for the conversion into two flats with associated parking, refuse store and cycle parking.
