Retrospective application for erection of a coffee hut at garden centre.
4D Planning were approached by the Garden Centre on Finchley Road in Temple Fortune, to prepare a retrospective planning application for the Coffee Hut which serves cold and hot drinks and snacks to customers throughout the year. The hut was built without planning permission but was built using high quality materials, surrounded by plants, tables and chairs and is considered a sustainable and positive development that would not impact on the amenity of neighbouring residential properties. The application was granted planning permission by Barnet Council.
