4D Planning were instructed by the client to apply for a large roof extension under Permitted Development. We produced the architectural drawings for a hip to gable roof extension and full width rear dormer wrap around to the side. The roof also included two rooflights at the front roofslope. The lawful development application was approved by Barnet Council.
