Change of use, alterations to facade of building
Conversion part of ground floor and first floor from offices (B1) to a gymnasium/ personal training centre (D2) with ancillary offices and alterations to fenestration at front.
4D Planning produced a feasibility report to determine whether Enfield Council would allow the change of use of offices to a Gym (D2) and personal training centre with ancillary offices. Following intensive research we concluded that there would be a very high chance the council would allow the conversion. We were then instructed to prepare a planning application and architectural drawings. We obtained a Acoustic Report to address potential noise concerns from the building to neighbouring residential properties. Following intensive negotiations with the planning officers planning permission was granted.
