4D Planning assisted the client with applying retrospectively for the use of the property as an HMO (6 people) and for a proposed single storey rear extension. We produced the application documents, statements and architectural drawings. The applications was approved by Enfield Council. We then were instructed to produce the building regulations for the proposed works.
