4D Planning were instructed to advise on the potential change of use of a commercial premises to an educational centre for Math Tuition. The franchise name is Mathnasium. Our planners established that permission would be required, but there would be a high chance of success. We were instructed to prepare the planning application and architectural drawings for the new Mathnasium premises. Enfield Council granted planning permission.
