Conversion of house into two flats, appeal, building regulations.
Conversion of single dwelling into 1 x 3 bed and 1 x 1 bed self contained flats
4D Planning advised the client on the feasibility of converting the house into two flats retrospectively. We met the client at the property and offered guidance and explained the procedure to obtain planning permission. 4D Planning were then instructed to prepare an application with the drawings and statement and to submit the application for Full Planning Permission to Enfield Council. The application was refused despite our efforts to negotiate with the planning officer. The applicant then decided to instruct 4D Planning to prepare and submit an appeal for the refusal. The appeal was approved by the Planning Inspector.
4D Planning were instructed to discharge the conditions and to prepare the building regulations to demonstrate full compliance with the building regulations.
