4D Planning were instructed by Resi and the client to appeal a refusal for planning permission to erect an extension to the roof of the property including a gable end, rear dormer with juliet balcony. The property was situated in the Conservation Area therefore Permitted Development rights did not apply. We advised that Enfield Council made an error of judgement and therefore would have a reasonably high chance of wining the appeal. We prepared and submitted the Planning Appeal and liaised with the Planning Inspector. The appeal was succesful and planning permission was granted.
