4D Planning were instructed by one of Enfield Council's companies to prepare an application for planning permission to install district heating to blocks of flats in the borough. We produced the architectural drawings and maps of the site and drafted the planning statement to explain the brief in the context of planning policies. The Council granted planning permission.
