Retrospective installation of three replacement timber frame windows with UPVC frames, replacement of rear ground floor french doors with aluminium bifold door and conversion of the garage to storage and utility room in Hounslow.

4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with obtaining retrospective planning permission for the insertion of the double glazed windows and the conversion of the garage. We produced the relevant architecture drawings and planning documents and submitted the application. We liaised with the case officer and the application was subsequently approved by Hounslow Council.
