4D Planning helped the client achieve planning permission and listed building consent for a single-storey rear extension and internal alterations to the Grade II listed property. 4D Planning produced the architectural drawings and designed the interior layouts in partnership with the interior designer. We also obtained planning permission for the replacement of the front gate and fencing to the property. We liaised with Hounslow Council to ensure that the applications would be approved the first time round.
