4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning permission for two separate applications. One for a large electric pergola design which is situated at the rear of the property and a second application for the erection of a large outbuilding at the rear of the garden for ancillary use (office/ gym / study/ tv room etc). We produced the architectural drawings, planning documents and coordinated the applications with Hounslow Council. We liaised with the planning officers to ensure that the decisions would be made on time. Both applications were approved.
