Listed Building Consent and Planning Permission for erection of a single storey rear extension to house in Hounslow.
4D Planning were instructed to obtain permission for a single storey rear extension to a Grade II listed house in the borough of Hounslow, West London. We coordinated the design of the extension with the client and with their interior designer. We advised on the requirements to protect the heritage asset and its architectural and historical features while complying with planning guidance and achieving the brief of the client. We produced the architectural drawings and Heritage & Design and Access Statements. The application was granted planning permission and listed building consent by Hounslow Council.
