4D Planning was instructed by the client to prepare architectural drawings and apply to Barnet Council for planning permission for a front detached garage as well as apply for a Lawful Development Certificate for a rear outbuilding to be erected. Lawful Development had previously been refused for the outbuilding when applied for by another architect. 4D Planning were able to adjust the scheme to comply with the Permitted Development rights for the property. We submitted the applications to Barnet Council and liaised with the council and permission was granted for both developments.
