Following our positive feedback, we were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings following a site visit and measured survey. We then prepared a planning application and submitted the application to Barnet Council. We liaised with the planning officer to ensure that all queries were responded to and that the application would be approved the first time round. The application was granted planning permission for the works.
