4D Planning were instructed to assist the client with opening a Mathnasium franchise on the shopping parade. We advised on the feasibility of converting the retail unit to tuition/ educational centre. We were then instructed to prepare the application for planning permission and the relevant documents and architectural drawings. We liaised with the planning officers at Harrow Council until the decision was made to grant permission.
