Following a lot of research and discussions with the client, we agree to prepare a planning application and prepare the drawings for the change of use. We prepared a waste proforma and obtained the relevant crime impact assessment recommendations. We also advised the client on the A1 vs D1 ratio and we analysed the business plan to ensure that the proposed use would not breach planning rules.

Manchester City Council were keen for the vacant premises to be put back into a viable use and they were convinced that the proposed change of use will not harm the vitality of the high street or town area. Furthermore the proposed use will provide employment and a cost affective service to the local
