We established that due to the precedent along the road and the minimal visual impact on the Conservation Area character and on the neighbours amenity, planning permission was likely to be obtained. 4D Planning prepared the architectural drawings and application documents and submitted the application to Lambeth Council. The application was approved by Lambeth Council.
