4D Planning were instructed to advise on the feasibility of converting a former vacant commercial unit into a Micro Brewery. 4D Planning had previously worked on similar projects for Micro brewerys and were able to offer planning advice. Following our initial research on the site designations, relevant policies and site constraints, we established that there would be a high chance of obtaining planning permission. We were instructed to prepare the drawings and application documents. Lambeth Council granted us planning permission.
