4D Planning were instructed to obtain retrospective planning permission for replacement of the shopfront to include new door, windows, frame ad mouldings. We produced the architectural drawings (floor plans and elevations) and prepared the Design and Access Statement and Planning Statement for the application. We liaised with Lambeth Council's planning officers to ensure the application would be approved. The application was eventually approved.
