Application for the Certificate of Lawful Development (Proposed) with respect to the erection of an outbuilding to rear garden.

4D Planning advised the client on the requirements to allow for an outbuilding under Permitted Development. We checked the site constraints and local area to ensure that the property would benefit from the PD rights. We were then instructed to prepare the architectural drawings and the lawful development application for the erection of the ancillary outbuilding in the rear garden. The application was approved by Lambeth Council.
