4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining planning approval (lawful development) for the established use of the roof terrace / balcony at the rear of the property. We produced the architectural drawings, gathered evidence going back 10 years and advised the client on the process. We prepared a Planning Statement and coordinated the Lawful Development Application submission. The application was approved by Westminster City Council. The client instructed us to prepare a further planning application for the replacement of windows and alterations to the roof terrace walls. We also prepared the Building Regulations for Building Control's approval.
