4D Planning assisted the client with producing the design for a basement extension and renovations to the town house. We produced the architectural drawings and 3D visualisations. We prepared the Planning Documents and application documents and coordinated with the specialist firms to obtain all the required specialist reports and surveys for the new basement. 4D Planning represented the client at planning committee and negotiated the scheme with Westminster Planning Officers. Despite objections from neighbouring residents, the application was approved unanimously by the local Councillors.
