4D Planning's role

4D Planning offered planning advice and prepared a feasibility site appraisal following a site visit to the property. We established that due to precedent, planning policies and other material factors permission was likely to be approved for a roof terrace with access door to an existing mansard roof. We were instructed to prepare the application and the architectural drawings. The application was approved by Westminster Council following 8 weeks.
