4D Planning's role

4D Planning were instructed by the residents of Northwick Terrace to obtain planning permission from Westminster City Council for the erection of a gate and railings to restrict unwanted people from entering the property and potentially causing harm to the properties and vehicles. We liaised with the railings company to ensure the proposed railings and gate were appropriate for the site and suitable for this location. We produced the architecture drawings, planning statement and design and access statements and submitted a full planning application. We liaised with the planners until the decision was made to grant permission.
