Replacement of 5 x single glazed windows at first and second floor level front and first floor side of the property with double glazed timber units.

 

4D Planning's role

4D Planning were instructed to obtain planning permission from Islington Council for the replacement of single glazed windows to double glazed windows. The property was in a Conservation Area. The council were consulted and we had to negotiate with them to agree on the windows specs. Eventually the Council agreed with our approach and the application was granted planning permission.
