Large single storey rear extension approved by Islington Council under Prior Approval (neighbour's consultation scheme).

4D Planning was commissioned to help the client obtain approval for a larger home extension under Prior Approval (neighbour's consultation scheme). We visited the property and produced the architectural drawings for the proposed extension. We revised the drawings according to the client specifications while ensuring that the Council would accept the proposal. We advised the client to discuss the scheme with the immediate neighbours to reduce any chance of them objecting to the scheme. The prior approval application was approved by Islington Council.
