4D Planning assisted the client with the planning application for a proposed loft conversion with rear dormer, increasing the ridge height of the existing roof, new rooflights, erection of a single storey rear extension and other alterations to the facade. We produced the architectural drawings, application documents and liaised with Islington Council planning officers. The application was granted planning permission.
