4D Planning was instructed by the client to develop the detached property to the maximum potential. We advised to demolish the existing garage and to replace it with a part double storey, part single storey side and rear extension as well as a front porch extension and a larger roof extension. We prepared all the architectural drawings and submitted the planning application, which was subsequently approved by Barnet Council. We were then instructed to prepare the building regulations and to obtain Building Control approval for the development. We coordinated the design with the structural engineer and other stakeholders so that the works could commence as quickly as possible.
