4D Planning assisted the client with converting two flats back into one house. We advised the client that the proposal would be lawful and would not require planning permission. We prepared the floor plans, statement and application forms. We liaised with Waltham Forest Council until a decision was made to grant a lawful development certificate for the lawful use of the property as a single dwelling.
