4D Planning assisted the client with obtaining approval for a large extension to the mid-terraced property. We advised the client to apply for a large 6m deep ground floor extension under prior approval (the neighbours consultation scheme). Once approved, we assisted the client with preparing the architectural drawings and planning application for a first floor extension at the rear and a ground floor extension as previously approved. The application was referred to a committee and 4D Planning assisted the client by discussing the scheme with the planners and other consultees. The application was approved.

 

4D Planning also produced a 3D model and visualisations to help the Committee understand the design and potential impact of the extension on the neighbours.
