Appeal granted against decision of Waltham Forest Council for single storey side infill & rear extension, lowering of existing basement floor slab, along with minor internal alterations.
4D Planning were instructed by the architect and client of a refused planning application in Waltham Forest, to prepare an appeal statement and to submit the appeal to the Planning Inpectorate. After a quick review of the application and officer's report, we were able to establish that an appeal would stand a relatively good chance. We prepared the appeal and liaised with the Planning Inspector. The appeal was succesful and the original planning application was granted planning permission.
