Change of use from offices (B1(a)) to a dental practice (D1). Window alterations to front elevation and construction of front access ramp and steps.

4D Planning were instructed to prepare the planning application and to advise the architect to prepare the drawings for a Change of Use of the former offices (B1 use class) to a dental practise (D1 use class). We liaised with the architects and prepared the planning statements and application documents. We submitted the application to Horsham Council and liaised with the planning officers. The application was granted planning permission within 8 weeks.
