4D Planning were instructed to advise on the feasibility of obtaining planning permission to convert a mechanic's garage to residential. We conducted a site appraisal and determined that there was a reasonably high chance of success. Shortly after, we were instructed to prepare a planning application and all the associated architectural drawings. We submitted the application to Haringey Council's Planning Department and liaised with the case officer until a decision was reached. Planning permission was granted.
