4D Planning were instructed to prepare a lawful development application and a separate planning application for a large roof extension and a ground floor rear extension. 4D Planning advised the client on the process and how to proceed to achieve the largest extension for their property. We produced the architectural drawings and submitted the applications. Following the approval of both applications, 4D Planning were instructed to prepare the building regulations and liaise with the Building Control Inspector and engineers so that the works can proceed.
