4D Planning were instructed to design a roof extension with a rear dormer, juliet balcony and rooflights to facilitate a loft conversion to the property. We designed the extension and works to comply with the Permitted Development Rights and guidelines. We produced the architectural drawings, application documents and submitted the lawful development application. Brent Council approved the application.
