We advised the client that they could achieve permission (under permitted development) to have a large roof extension with a dormer roof over the rear addition (outrigger) and potentially also a juliet balcony and rooflights. We also proposed a side return single storey rear extension to maximise the habitable space on the ground floor. The client sold the house before we proceeded with the application.
