4D Planning advised the client on the best way to extend the property without requiring planning permission. We designed a large roof extension with a rear dormer, rooflights and a Juliet Balcony. We were instructed to prepare the architectural drawings to demonstrate that the proposal would fall under permitted development. We submitted a lawful development application. Brent Council granted us a lawful development certificate.
